For mechanical combination locks, our technicians use feel, sound, and precision to identify the gate positions and open the safe without any damage. This is the preferred method for home safes and gun safes with mechanical dials.
For electronic keypad locks, we diagnose the fault first — dead battery, failed solenoid, or corrupted electronics. Many "locked" electronic safes just need a power reset or keypad replacement, both of which are non-destructive.
